Frequently Asked Questions
I have two kids, do two parents have to come along?
One parent is required for each family. PeeWee is designed to give campers a best introduction to camp. Having a parent along and close by at times makes them feel most comfortable. As long as one parent comes they will have that built in comfort of familiarity. (This could also apply if a Grandparent wanted to come with multiple grandchildren)
Can two parents come with one child
Unfortunately no. We do use parents as volunteers to keep the costs down, but a significant cost comes from feeding volunteers and often we have more volunteers than are really unnecessary because of the number proportionate to PeeWee campers.
Can another family member come instead of a parent
Yes. We have had Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles come. We simply ask that the person coming is over 19 and is someone that the PeeWee Camper is comfortable with. We do ask that the person coming be a family member.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a fishing licence?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is planning on fishing needs to purchase a fishing license. You can buy them at Canadian Tire stores or fishing stores. There are several license options to choose from. There are three day, seven day, or a year’s license. You also have a choice between purchasing a conservation license or a full sport fishing license. A conservation license is cheaper but, your daily limit of fish you can keep is fewer than a full sport license.
What do we need to bring?
You need to bring your own linens, pillows, towels, and toiletries. We provide all your food and make your meals. We will have live bait available.
What if we need fishing gear?
If any of you don’t have fishing gear please contact the camp office so we can have enough gear here for you to use.
