A time in life when God showed up big time?
After high school I went to Sweden and attended Bible School there for 9 months. At the beginning of that school year I thought being a Christian was boring, about following ancient laws, and not at all fulfilling, but God clearly showed me how wrong I was. Those nine months were filled with deep friendships, amazing memories, difficult life-lessons, and crazy adventures, all centred on God. Those nine months changed my relationship with God, and changed me.

A favourite travel experience?

I once had a lay-over in Dubai with some friends, and we decided we were going to sleep on the beach. We only had 14 hours in Dubai, but in those 14 hours we ate authentic and amazing food, swam in the Persian Gulf, slept on the beach, and were woken up by the extremely loud call to prayer from the nearby Mosques. It was fantastic.
